Whether you are creating a boutique residence, residential extension or a small renovation, we work with you to reach your desired outcome.

1. Initial consultation. We take the time to meet and discuss your requirements and options.

2. Design. An exciting part of the building process where we put your ideas on paper and create the initial home design with floor plans and elevations. We are the members of the Master Builders Association of New South Wales which provide our team constant training and market product trends so you have access to the most recent products available to the market.

3. Cost Estimate. We prepare a cost estimate based on the initial design and make any changes necessary to gain your approval to proceed with the construction. Our comprehensive and meticulous specification document which accompany our quotes leaves no room for ‘grey areas’.

4. Contracts. Contracts are prepared for you to sign. We use an industry-leading contract provided by the NSW Master Builders Association.

5. Selections. Working closely with our renowned architects and interior designers, you make all the relevant selections necessary for the start of construction.

6. Construction. Frequent updates via email and your client portal on our project management software, along with regularly scheduled site visits so you become a part of the building process.

​

7. Handover. We carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you and rectify anything that needs attention before final acceptance and occupation.

8. Maintenance Period. We attend to any issues that require attention during the defects liability period.
